Did who’s loving you receive lots of airplay in 1969/1970

If it was eligible to chart separately from “i want you back” would it have entered the hot 100? In the early 60s B sides were allowed to chart I believe.

I also wonder if the songs impact is bigger now than it was in 1969? It definitely gained reputation in the last 2 decades
