Yes, it will be, I just checked on iTunes, and the movie is available for pre-order.

Yes it will. I checked yesterday and it was going for £10.99/$14.99. I'm planning on getting an ipod touch so I'm hoping that I'll be able/allowed to buy it for the ipod as well as buy the DVD.
