Which concerts in any of the tours (Bad, Dangerous, or History) had the best performance of Michael Jackson singing the Heal the World song ever?
 
Varied performances: Live singing can differ each night.
Fan subjectivity: "Best" is a matter of personal preference.
However, fans often praise "Heal the World" from the Bucharest leg of the Dangerous Tour (1992) and Munich leg of the HIStory Tour (1997) for their emotional delivery. You can find these on YouTube to form your own opinion!

Rehearsals so not going all out, still sounds 100 times better than the complete lip synced performance on tour.

There is really no excuse for not doing this live, even as a one off performance. It sounds beautiful.

It's just fairly easy to intuit so tho,if a certain psychological component of one's is above a certain number,I'd say.
(To put it that way,I guess..)

Did you even watch the clip that was posted? He seemed to get through an awful lot of the song! Even if he didn't sing the "whole" song, I think the OP was just wishing for the video in full rather than the choppy bits that we have already.
 
Imagine if we'd had live performances as the B-sides on singles, like everybody else was doing in the 90s.
