So, i’ve been wondering about, not only his favorite albums which I’m sure many of you know about, but other albums he probably owned.
I’ve been meaning to make a comprehensive list because recently I came across a picture of CDs he had stolen by Jeffre Phillips and was impressed by the albums.
So far I got:
- James Brown - Live At The Apollo
- Stevie Wonder - Talking Book, Innervisions, Songs In The Key Of Life (he often mentioned these, though he probably owned more, same with JB)
- Janet Jackson - Rhythm Nation
- Saturday Night Fever Soundtrack
- Bee Gees - Children of The World, Spirits Having Flown
- Chic - C’est Chic
- Kanye West - Late Registration, 808s & Heartbreaks
- Grace Jones - Nightclubbing
- Nine Inch Nails - The Downward Spiral
- Kraftwerk - The Man Machine
- Sade - Best of (1994)
- Suzanne Vega - Best of (2003)
- Justin Timberlake - FutureSex/Lovesounds
- Barry White - Best of (1994)
- Marvin Gaye - What’s Going On
- Aretha Franklin - Best of
