That was a great :) Thanks you Mr Walgren MJJC and Ivy.
I really respect and admire that man.

Thanks Ivy + MJJC, and big huge thanks to David Walgren for taking time to answer to our questions.
Great questions and great answers. I'm happy to see that David likes Human Nature and Earth song:wub:

Thank you mr Wahlgren and MJJC.
Earthsong...:wub::wub::wub:

Thanks ivy. and thanks david for doing this. id of loved to hear more questions but of course alot wouldnt be possible due to many issues/rules etc like you said at the begining. much appreciated

All I can say is WOW! Thank you Ivy and thank you Mr. Walgren. He seems to be very kind, compassionate and extremely brilliant. I will always be grateful that he was the one selected to prosecute Conrad Murray. We may have had a different outcome if a lesser litigator had been in charge of the case.

As always, humble, professional, compassionate. People like Walgren, Pastor, T-Mez, Schaffer, make me believe in humanity again. I dont think they are aware of the gratitude we have.

There are so many emotions churning within me, especially since it is now June. But the words of Mr. Walgren are comforting, and the job he did in court was absolutely stellar. I am particularly drawn to the statement, "There were two people in the room during the night of June 25, 2009..." Many have maintained that there are many others, who contributed to Michael's death. But the doctor who was WITH him, TREATING him, was responsible for his well-being. Conrad Murray failed Michael, when he needed him most. That says it all. Thank you, David Walgren, for seeing the truth, through all the smoke and mirrors.

Good read.

It was nice of him to take the time and do this Q&A.

Thank you Ivy for your success attempts to reach Mr.Walgren even in such a busy period of his career and thank all the MJJC staff who were involved into this interview questions' compiling.

To be honest, I expected much more from this Q&A.. and I'm afraid those just few questions which were sent to him and he answered to, couldn't make this Q&A much interesting. There were so many other questions which were much more interesting to listen to answers to.. Actually, I didn't read anything new here except the answer about autopsy photo. So I'm disappointed very much... :(

MJJC: Media reported that Michael Jackson’s kids especially his son Prince might be called to testify. Was there any truth to these rumors? Did you interview the kids and under what circumstances you would have called them to the stand?

David Walgren: I will say that I was always reluctant to call any of Michael’s children to testify at the trial and any media reports stating differently were based on pure speculation. My feeling was that the children had already had to experience enough trauma and I did not want to compound that by having them endure testifying in such a highly publicized setting about such an emotional and painful experience.

This part makes me feel about AEG case deposition. David didn't want to hurt children by bringing them to the court and to make a deposition about their dad. And their own guardians are ok with it. It's just beyond me. Sorry for off-topic but it's a most touching part of his answers. Ans I love his answer about favorite songs. I imagine what he learned about Michael if he liked Human Nature especially it's about loneliness.
For the rest I'd like to read much more answers and questions.

Thanks MJJC for this session! It was really great and I guess made us a little closer to Walgren LOL

Kinda relieved that someone else feels this way. There were some absolutely amazing questions submitted that could have been put forward. Not being ungrateful lol, just feel a bit deflated by a Q&A that could have been so much more.

Thank you Ivy for arranging this Q & A and a big thank you to Mr Walgren for taking time out of his busy schedule to answer our questions. NO words can describe the gratitude that I have for his incredible work during the Murray trial. He is a true professional. I would like to wish him all the best for his future as a judge. Thank you Mr Walgren

Yeah i agree. i was a little disapointed about the lack of questions. but at the end of the day hes still working in the legal profession and there was prob alot of questions we wanted answering that he couldnt or didnt want to answer for professional reasons. he seemed pretty reserved in answering the questions.

were there any questions asked that werent answered?

David Walgren: There were two people in the room during the night of June 25, 2009. One was Conrad Murray, a medical doctor who is supposed to heal and care for people, and one was Michael Jackson. Michael Jackson put his life into the hands of Conrad Murray and Conrad Murray abandoned him. I do not believe Conrad Murray was wrongfully convicted, nor do I feel he is a fall guy for others.

Never had there been truer words ever spoken.
Thank You. I love Earth Song & Human Nature too. Great Choice! Cool!

He does seem very reserved and proper, at least professionally anyway...I like that about him :)

Good read. I'm thankful that Mr. Walgren took his job with this case seriously, did his homework and knew his stuff. Dare I hope for a president Walgren someday (hah).

Thanks alot, ivy and mjjc for organising this, and of course judge walgren. It was very nice of him to take the time to answer our questions.

Sorry, i think it was my question -the top 3 things you would want to ask murray if he had taken the stand - that was probably not worded right to get a good answer. I was hoping to get an idea from mr walgren of any issues he still felt puzzled about regarding what happened on 25 june. But he seemed to take it literally and said he had more than 3 questions so couldn't answer. Or maybe he wanted to avoid the question - there is still an appeal going on.

I bet he watched the "Sexy Back" video :lol: ....

:eek::laugh:

wow :clapping: thank you Ivy, you always do great job :clapping:
Thank you to Mr Walgren to have found time to answer, there is no doubt that he will be a very good judge !

Just catching up now. Thanks for doing this Q&A. It's appreciated.
