I just completed my first ever MJ painting. I like to do my favorite celebrities in oils, using just shades of blue. Decided it was finally time to do one of MJ. 
I love the picture of him that I use as my avatar, so that was what I chose to work from. I'll be doing another one later, from a photo of him during a different time period (and with curly hair...gotta love the curls!). I really like how this one turned out. I decided to take pictures during the painting process and make an animated gif out of the results. So the first image is animated to show that, and the second image is the static image of the final result.
