Please help my friend regain access to her account!

My friend RememberTheTime, now a MJFC refugee, is unable to access her MJJC account. Her attempt to reset her password was unsuccessful. Her difficulty might have something to do with the forum reset of 25-07-2011. Any advice/assistance would be appreciated!
