I have recently found out about this.

Does this all seem suspicious to you as it does to me?

One of the loudest critics of MJ will, and murder suddenly has a Heart Attack?

Seems familiar does'nt it.

Does it seem to you the Media and other "concerned" parties seem thrilled this happened?

Is this the real reason everything from Murray's "trial" to Joes Lawsuits are kept at a turtles speed?

Never thought of that before..Sure Randy was under a lot of pressure lately, so this maybe could justify the mild heart attack.
Katherine is an old woman, it's not unusual to have an accident..

What I don't understand is how these tie to the delay in Murray's case?

I do think the family is being sabotaged ( in the court of public opinion).
but probably not physically. However like with Michael if outside forces can make things harder (which leads to stress) they are definately [IMO] doing that.

With Katherine I was more implying how earger the press were to report it.
Always bad news. It just seems to me that if some catastrophy hit the Jackson's things would go so much easier on Murray.

I am beginning to wonder if a trial will even take place.
