Several social workers, police, therapists, etc believed Jordan truly suffered from sexual abuse?

As someone who has finished a course in Psychology, i would agree with Gardener... however, i believe more so that it was Jordan's father who sexually abused him.
I would also stipulate that after Michael died and his son admitted no wrong doing on the part of Michael Jackson, it is possible that he commited suicide over the lack of not having a scape goat for his conscious.

Things like this make me so angry. Like that headline " Authorities knew all along that MJ was not a child molestor !"
Why waiting so long ? I am sick of all the voltures and liars. Michael went to hell and back and no one listened.

What do you agree with Dr. Gardner on? His conclusion was never published, so we don't know what his opinion was. I personally suspect he thought Jordan was not molested, for two reasons:

1) The interview was clearly leaked to trash MJ right after the Bashir interview. So IMO it came from the Chandlers (possibly from Ray Chandler). If the conclusion had been favorable for the Chandlers they probably would have leaked that as well. But they didn't.

2) After this interview they jumped to yet another therapist, Stan Katz (who had a very questionable past in evaluating child abuse cases - he was a leading psychologist in the infamous McMartin trial) to get him evaluate the interview between Jordan and Gardner. Why, if Dr. Gardner's conclusion was favorable for the Chandlers?

So from all this my suspicion is that Dr. Gardner didn't believe them, but we don't know either way, since his conclusion was not leaked, just the interview.

And Jordan never admitted anything in public. That he admitted he lied was just an Internet hoax.

if Gardner believed the kid wouldn't Sneddon, Dimond and gang somehow use it?

I don't know if Sneddon could have used it (since neither Jordan or Gardner were testifying - Gardner died in May, 2003). But we know that despite of Jordan not testifying Sneddon tried to use the settlement as a sign of MJ's guilt so perhaps he could have used the conclusion too if he had it but I didn't read anywhere that he tried to use the Gardner conclusion, so yes, perhaps that's another indication it wasn't favorable for the Chandlers.

And I'm sure Dimond and the media would use it if they had a copy of Gardner's conclusion that was favorable for the Chandlers. That they didn't means either that the conclusion wasn't favorable for the Chandlers or that they never got it either, which again, to me at least, indicates that it probably was not favorable for the Chandlers, because if it had been it would have been leaked to the media too along with the interview.

Here is a very good analysis of the interview: http://mjjjusticeproject.wordpress.com/2011/05/25/psych-interview-with-jordan-chandler/

I personally doubt Gardner believed them. Gardner was an expert on Parental alienation syndrome and Jordan was showing several symptoms of that in this interview (which would indicate he was trained by the alienating parent - ie. Evan).
