SURPRISE SONG and others?

I read this on a site of dvd's for sale:

"Surprise song : Interview to the Jacksons in '84 with 2 versions of " Billie Jean " improvised by Michael on the moment!!!!!!!!!- Fantastic !!!!!!! - 15 mins."

Now, I've got the "surprise song", but what are these other billie jean versions that mj sang on the spot?????????

has anyone heard this before?

"Surprise song" was sent out on a promo record to Jacksons fan club members around the victory tour. It says something like that in the Visual Documentary and it's on youtube somewhere. It's cute.
