Sooo Christmas is near and every year (no, I am not writing a poem 
) I am baking Christmas cookies for my family and friends. I was wondering if anyone else here does this - maybe there are special/traditional cookies in your country and/or you have great recipes you want to share? What kind of cookies do you like best?
I always try to keep it as easy and as vegan as possible. So, most of the time I look for a simple dough and then I think about what I could put in there to make it special (more complicated

I am going to make two different kinds of cookies - the dough as can be seen in the link and then I will add orange zest into one part and cinnamon and vanilla into the other and decorate it with dark and white chocolate. That's the plan so far...
