IIRC that snippet, and one snippet of Changes that was around 2 mins of length were the ones that were fake.

I was wondering when Korgnex was gonna show up, sometimes when there's a bunch of leaks he puts out some whack ass mix in order to put some of the spotlight on himself lol.

Monster was recorded at Record One in 1998. I'd assume around September to early October, since that's when he was working there with Buxer and other collaborators on Speechless, The Lost Children, and also recorded additional lead vocals for A Place With No Name.

I guess the snippets ZX1 shared come from that session, the earliest version they worked on, Damien heard the more updated version, which I would guess was done years later (around 2004).

This uses the "Michael" version for the verses and the solo. You can tell by the drums, so this isnt even a faithful fandmade mix of the original demo.

During the MJCast Michael Prince pointed out on that the version of "Monster" he has on his computer is dated June 2001, so that has to be the latest version of the song there is. It's most likely that's the version Damien showcased on the "Faking Michael" podcast, also.

Could the "Yeah Yeah" be coming from another song that's unheard? Those words have a different tone, like it was taken from another song entirely. Reminder that the first leak of "Changes" we got was a very short acapella snippet that Korgnex posted, so this isn't too far of a reach.
