The Jacksons An American Dream - where was it filmed?

Does anyone know if there is an actual soundtrack with the singers songs somewhere?
 
This series has never been released on Blu-Ray, right??

I have it on DVD - but it's coded and can not be played on a european (danish) DVD/Blu-Ray player.

nope.. only VHS, Laserdisc, DVD.
There is two DVD versions i know and have

one from germany
one from USA

USA one has better quality
Germany one quality is worse.

I am talking about the exact songs from the movie.. not the real jacksons versions and also not that funk remix of "kansas city".
I have that CD as well.. but it doesn't contain the actual movie versions.

Unfortunately I think if I order the US version it will not be able to play on my european (danish) DVD/Blu-Ray player...
