What does Takari mean?

Have you noticed that in Victory Toronto concert, one of the siblings keep shouting "Takarrri - rri - ri" or something like that?

What does it mean and who is it?

I don't know but I believe it's also in other concerts, sounded more as a fun inside joke thing between the brothers imo
