What is your least favourite MJ performance? It can be performance from any era or any tour.
As for me, my least favorite performance is YRMW live from Sep 7. It's probable worst performance in Michael's career. Everything was awful about this show: Michael was high and extremely sleepy, mostly he was just standing there and didn't really danced at all, though he lip-synched (which makes no sence, 'cause he usually chose between doing good dancing with lips-synch and doing good singing with almost zero dancing, but this time there was almost no dancing and no singing at all, WTH?) and did it really awful, his adlibs were pretty weak. Even SC performance, when he failed to perform antigravity lean was better than this.... The only good thing about this performance is Michael's haircut. It looks so hot. Probably one of the best haircuts Michael have ever had. And also his outfit is pretty cool. I like it. Also I fell in love with his deep voice between pefromances

How have I never seen this footage? I agree about the dancing, the adlibs are pretty good to be fair.

The sloppiness of the dance moves is in keeping with pain medication.
 
Can't say what's the worst since I rarely watch MJ's concerts, but one that comes to my mind is the only live performance of Remember The Time. Okay that the man broke his leg and couldn't really dance, but the least he could've done was not lip sync the entire thing when he was doing nothing but sitting lol. His overreliance on lip syncing was sometimes embarrassing.

oh! I love this "performance", he is sooooooo CUTE here!!! But if you can get past the cuteness factor, one does wonder why he did not choose to not sing this live :unsure:. My guess would be that it was too late for him to practice the song live, or maybe he did not care.

Agreed! Aweful! So sad that he was forced into this when he clearly did not want.

I agree, I wish he would have sang this live considering he couldn’t dance. In my opinion, it would have been just as amazing if he sang live versus if he could dance!

love this performance but mj using lip sync as a crutch is frustrating and disappointing. the 30th anniversary celebration was ridiculous, embarrassing and a complete joke. mj looked and performed like clown material - that's AFV content right there. if im being honest. love him but I love the present, conscious, not high version of him. yeah I understand he was human, aging, under pain, self denial, holding up under lies and emotional hurt.

I like watching Off the Wall medleys. I wish he had sang live but it looks like he is having fun.

The dancing girls on the second performance were a very last-minute addition to spruce up the finale for the TV audience.
 
I have no interest in running Michael down, we have enough of that, I came here to say MTV 10 was absolute fire and that Black or White performance is slept on, removing the rap and adding that Slash solo was amazing 👏

Again, more trolling from you. You don’t have to like the performance, but the personal insults towards MJ are uncalled for. No fan of MJ that I know of hates the best part of 80 songs and insults him like this.
