What’s going on with basic Information? Dangerous)

So I’m listening to Dangerous, the album currently. I saw a viral tweet saying today’s the Anniversary of it so I decided to give it a stream.

Then I decide to fact check. And I notice a discrepancy.

According to Wikipedia and certain social media it was released today, in 1991.

According to The MJ Estate on Facebook Posts () it was released on the 26th.

And according to Spotify, it was released on the 13th, that year.

So which is it, for real, and why this weird discrepancy of changing the date every few years?

It depends on the territory in which that release took place:

The 'Dangerous' album was released in the USA on November 21, 1991.

The 'Dangerous' album was released in the UK on November 26, 1991.

The short film black or white world premiere was broadcast in UK on British pop music show Top Of The Pops on the 14th November. Not sure about 13th.

26 Dec (for UK release)is certainly correct.
