For the Jacksons definitely "destiny" they finally got to do their own thing and this after "goin places" which was a flop on both album and singles chart. The company trusted them though and they were right.
Bad obviously as follow up to thriller
But don't underestimate the pressure for HIStory after the first allegations this was a big thing.
