I have understood that you can't play bluray's in dvd player but you can play dvd's in bluray player.. so.. you would have to buy a bluray player if you want to have the extras on the bluray disc.can blur ray dvds be played on a nomal dvd player. probably stupid question by why not arent they jsut dvds in better quality?
Aww... why are they doing this. I have to get that bluray player![]()
normal dvds are between 4.7 and 7 gig in size, a blu ray is 25-50 gig in size, something like that..
It says official press release, but I don't know.. why couldn't they just put the same extras on 2 dvd's?Yes we must buy a blu ray player ... But is this info sure ? i also see the sound is 5.1 , not PCM or 2 channel sound ???

thats the same with anything though. things always get upgraded when the next big things comes alongMost sensible consumers aren't buying Blu-Ray at all, because they realise that the moment it becomes the mainstream it will be immediately replaced with something else and they'll all have to upgrade again.

If everyone in the world thought like this we would still be living in caves and throwing spears at each other!
