Well, the song is about the phony girl not so much about Michael.

Gaz: If the above is indeed true, it would also suggest that they have decided not to release Monster as the 3rd single after all despite some recent chatter regarding this possibility. Could you please confirm?
 
MJ50 varied from country to country so this isnt a surprise. Something MJ would do :D

Congrads France one getting Behind The Mask from Sony as the second single. I remember the good ole days when everyone just about had the same singles.

Great choice! Love this song and Hollywood Tonight too of course but just out of curiousity, why the difference in the 2nd single being released?

It seems that Sony feels that Behind The Mask would do well as a single in France. So that tells me one thing

The people of France must have good taste in music
