Honestly don't think that's what this lawyer, whose first language is probably not english, means. I think 'career trajectory off the charts' implies wade was super successful and his fame and success got to such a point that he had a breakdown and the burden of this 7 yrs of abuse came tumbling out. That's my reading of what he meant, but who knows? I don't see wade's career as going from strength to strength. One recent job i've come across for wade is him being demi levato's artistic director for a small tour in 2011 for aeg live, all a big comedown for being britney's tour director years ago when she was the biggest popstar.

So, Robson is claiming a complete breakdown last year, and they wait until the beginning of this trial to file their claim???

What a bunch of B.S.!! I don't believe for one minute that AEG isn't behind this. This is the greatest gift they could have received. Wonder how much they had to pay for it?

I hope they lose this trial bigtime! But they probably won't now that Robson's attorney is making the media rounds caliing MJ a monster. The jury will feel no sympathy for him or his family.

There are 3 Doe defendants so yeah he's accusing 3 people. I'm not sure if it is Michael and 2 other people or it is a technical stuff meaning 3 Does are Michael and the 2 executors.







You got it correct. BP117321 is the case number for MJ Estate Probate. The date June 29, 2009 is the date the case started.

Today's hearings are about a royalty payment and Tohme - nothing to do with Wade.

According to the court document the first hearing for this one is June 6 , 2013.

This hurts because I felt that maybe people were starting to see that Michael wouldn't hurt anyone. Yes there would always be people who think he did no matter what you tell them. But this feels like all the hard work is being trashed on. Michael can never catch a break. If he was here he would be so devastated right now. He could write a book or go on shows to tell "his story". It's awful and you never saw this coming. I was trying to find ways to deal with the trial and all the trash that will be said about Michael. Now we have to deal with this? All the good is being thrown out the window.

I can never understand how people like Wade can live with themselves after they pull something like this. It's just unimaginable to me. Hasn't Michael suffered enough? Maybe he thinks it all doesn't matter because he's not here any more? What about his reputation? His legacy that he worked so hard for four decades? SMH

if the jury does its job then it shouldn't change the verdict, it could change the payout, but apparently it's not about money anyway.

I'm not really getting intelligent lawyer vibes from him. He sounds fairly ridiculous in his use of language. I read that the lawfirm was only set up a few months ago. How he cd expect the estate to just approve this claim and pass it on to the probate judge is just bizarre. I don't know what their plan is tbh. But at least we know we're not dealing with credible people here.

The 'mj is a scary monster who threatened me to keep quiet' tag does not remotely convince anyone, not even haters now. If they wanted to be subtle, they would go down the misunderstood, tortured genius who was so isolated he didn't know what were appropriate boundaries meme and wade loved mj and his feelings for mj were really conflicted blah blah but he finally realised it was all wrong er 4 yrs after his death. This image of monster mj is all a bit reminscent of daniel kapon, that guy who had repressed memories that he had been abused for years in some basement by an evil laughing mj but still managed to compose most of 'bad' album.

No surprise there fron tmez hes been had by randy considering his previous comments if wade was being paid by aeg why make yourself look less believable by filing a claim under seal. U wouldnt need to for a start. Just making a public statenent would do far more damage.the family are using wades claim as a way to say look aeg did it to hurt us so we lose the case.we are the victims not michael. its all about them just like always

The jury members are already aware of the older allegations against mj. its not like this is the first time and no doubt already have opinions about mj. we saw from the questioning that some blame mj for his own death so i doubt this will make much difference. either they are gonna judge based on the b.s they are hearing in court or they are gonna be biased based on it being mj. i doubt wade will change what the jurrors are/were thinking interms of how they are gonna judge this case.they prob decided that as soon as they were picked.

and if the jacksons lose cause of wade well every cloud .....

It is not totally clear to me if the whole 'repressed memory' angle is actually a part of the lawyer's story. The lawyer seems to be saying that Wade had repressed the memories of 7 years of abuse, but suddenly recovered them all last year (while on his 'off the charts career trajectory'). It goes without saying that this is utterly ridiculous.
