yes and with prejudice means it cannot be brought again. That makes me think there could be a settlement. Because normally when people just drop cases they do it without prejudice so that they can refile it in the future if they want.

Well Taj did try that IPSO complaint he lost it was not his fault. Filthy British press won't ever admit that they lie about MJ.
But I don't understand this one. Why did they settle when that doesn't do any justice to MJ especially since

The only thing I saw about Jacobshagen actually wasn't that sleazy. His account clearly stated that although he did sleep in the same bed as MJ he had never been abused by MJ. The trolls' reaction was sleazy though - they jumped all over it as though it was more proof that MJ was criminal. Completely twisted logic. If anything the story - a man saying he HADN'T been abused - should be treated as more proof that Mj's unconventional behaviour was actually innocent rather than criminal. I'm certainly counting it as another win for MJ. This guy is not another Wade or Jimmy.

If Radar paid then the story is: they sued Radar for defamation and Radar agreed to pay them. Which pretty much
shows that Radar didn't want to fight this in court, they had a weak case. I'm sure Radar would have
been happy to publicly humiliate the nephews and MJ with a court victory. They didn't think they would win.

It's just that 3T chose the easier way to get "justice", maybe because defamation cases are so difficult to win in the US
or because they didn't think they would get a fair jury.
They should realize that quietly taking Radar's money makes them look like opportunist cowards.

Yes on Radar Online. I referred to them as Trolls but to be honest they seem to be the majority of there rather than the minority. I don't think any other site picked up the story.

I'm making a big assumption here that he deliberately gave RadarOnline the information knowing they would print it, but YES I agree that Jacobshaben should have known what would be done with his story. It was probably a good pay day for him.
He could (and should) have checked out what kind of site Radar Online are before giving them the information. It's clear RO generally have an agenda against MJ.

Maybe he doesn't care these days whether MJ is thrown under the bus or not, or it's possible that he thought he would be helping MJ by publicly saying he hadn't been abused. It's possible. BUT unfortunately the site is populated by trolls who cannot make sense of the very basic information they're given and they turned it into ammunition against MJ.

If Jacobshagen was a decent person he would go to that site and respond to each and every
