It's just that 3T chose the easier way to get "justice", maybe because defamation cases are so difficult to win in the US
or because they didn't think they would get a fair jury.
They should realize that quietly taking Radar's money makes them look like opportunist coward.

If I was 3T I wouldn't have taken their money cuz that money comes from lying evil assholes and the boys know that! I never thought they would go down the same path as certain ppl have

After nearly 8 years.......I am not surprised by anything, especially by some of his so-called close friends and family members.

Think about all the shit the Daily Mail published about MJ over the years and that they will never apologize for it.
Then read this. OMG they called M. Trump and escort how horrible. No double standard at all.
Too bad 3T didn't fight for justice. Maybe it would have sent message across the media.

In an article published during the US presidential election, the Daily Mail claimed the future first lady had worked as an escort during her modeling career.
She had filed a $150 million (120 million pound) lawsuit against the Daily Mail's owner in New York claiming the article had cost her millions of dollars in potential business.?
On Wednesday, the Daily Mail apologized for the article and said it would issue a retraction.
"We have agreed to pay her damages and costs," it said.
