Fair point. He'll need to be more organised this time plus he'll need to decide when to release it. Before the conclusion of the trial or after it's all over or what? He'll have to keep a close eye on this as it develops. He's got time, though. Looks like nothing will happen for months yet.

I wonder what Jin Chohan will decide to do.

I’d say before it to get the narrative started so people are informed before the trial starts. This will probably be the next big thing after the Depp/Heard trial. We’d want the general public to side with MJ in this one

This next trial feels like judgement day to me. 2019 was enormously damaging but the trial could turn out to benefit Michael if all goes well and no new evidence gets presented. It will be the final nail in the coffin for one of both sides.

Also make no mistake if evidence shows up that is against Michael, I will draw my own conclusions. I keep all options open.
 
Can someone send me the original PDF of the statement in support of James Safechuck's late claim? I refer to the document of May 2014, Michael's name is replaced by DOE 1.

I am very slowly recovering from a nervous breakdown and this news is not helping.
I am so tired of all the lies about Michael.

Brandi Jackson, niece of Michael Jackson, gave an interview today to podcaster John Ziegler in Los Angeles. She says that Michael’s accuser, Wade Robson, was her boyfriend for seven years. Brandi, daughter of Jackie Jackson, insists that Robson is lying about being abused by Jackson, and that he’s doing it for money.

The interview, below, is a good listen, and Brandi is compelling. I will warn you that when she’s asked by Ziegler if her motivation is money– from the Jackson estate, etc, she says no. But to be fair, Jackie Jackson is the only one of Michael Jackson’s brothers who’s worked for the Estate to make piece within the Jackson family. Ziegler may or may not know that.

But Brandi is believable. She is clearly furious with Robson. She says they had a semi-platonic relationship as teens, and finally consummated the relationship around age 18. At the same time, she says, Robson was doing choreography for Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake, and that he slept with Spears. That broke up Brandi and Wade. It ended Wade’s relationship with Timberlake, who is said to have written “Cry Me a River” about their teen soap opera.

Also, Brandi says two major networks cancelled interviews with her, including “GMA.” This might be because her story doesn’t fit the narrative of Michael being a pedophile.

You can start the Ziegler interview at the 14 minute mark. There’s a lot of intro up to that point. But this is something to think about, certainly.

PS There’s a Daily Mail interview with Brian Oxman, who was never Michael Jackson’s lawyer. Just skip it. Oxman was disbarred after Michael’s trial. It looks like he gave or sold copies of a deposition to the Daily Mail. Even though he defends Jackson, he is not a legit source for anything. I watched Tom Mesereau fire him in the parking lot at the Santa Maria courthouse after he fell asleep in court!

I don't think he has, hence why I said it reeks of a trap. I think he's trying to ragebait fans into appearing in LN2 under the pretense of "presenting both sides" but will really only want to present the "crazy" fans that won't offer anything of substance for the pro-Michael side.

I like to think that fans won't take the bait, but people being people, it wouldn't surprise me if he gets at least one. Either we get a "crazy" fan that doesn't offer anything helpful, or we get a rational fan but their comments are deliberately edited/twisted into something that makes Michael look bad because of said deliberate editing. Or both. Or neither type of fan appears and they just use crazy Tweets from fans instead, which would also not be great.

Then again we could luck out and a rational fan appears and their arguments are actually presented fairly, but I don't trust Reed to do that at all. We're three days in 2024 and I already hate it. -_-

Who said this? we need more info.

I think it hella strange how Harvey is so involved in these false allegations. He also apparently said he saw something that would blow the lid off the 1993 case (in favor of Mj) , but he won't say what it is of course, because that would help Michael and he's a scumbag.

James also lied about 2005. He said Michael asked him to defend him but he refused because he was a bad man when he did defend him publicly on a local television show hosted by Harvey Levin (yes that Harvey).
