[Discussion] Sexual Abuse Claims Against MJ Estate - Robson/ Safechuck/ Doe

What was his tune before? Wasn't he completely unknown?
He wasn't unknown (he was in the Pepsi commercial after all). He was known as one of the kids that befriended and accompanied MJ on tour. But he didn't accuse MJ of anything. They tried to make him in '93, but nothing. Also nothing in '03-05.

Christ these mofos are really not stopping are they. This is bringing me right back to the 2005/ trial days- today was the one time I said thank feck Michael is resting peacefully and is not here to witness this mockery.

I really truly believe this will be the year we / the universe will unearth truth that have been buried for so long whether it’s Taj documentary, what brandi has to say, what information had been tapped into….. sick and tired already and it needs to stop.
Hope everyone is keeping spirits up. X

With the start of production of the Michael Jackson biopic and all the news about it in the last few weeks, it was just a matter of time for Dan Reed to open his gob. We all knew he would and here it is!
The sleezy “director” slammed “Michael” as “startlingly disingenuous.” Reed reportedly read a draft of the film’s script (of course he did), alleging it attempts to “discredit” the allegations while depicting Jackson as “caring for children.”
“Jackson is only ever seen caring for children with childhood cancer, or dancing with a little girl in a wheelchair, or tucking up multiple little boys, mostly his nephews, at sleepovers,” he says. “It feels like the creators of the movie have been stuck in a room with John Branca and just told what to write.”
It is clear that Danny Boy is worried about the future of his second fictional movie staring Wade Robson and James Safechuck. Yes, he is worried that the biopic will turn people’s head around and finally see the true Michael Jackson: innocent; but also he is worried that producers and investors might pull the plug on his movie, leaving him with no funds to produce his shitty sequel.
But he is not the only one who worries! Lawyers representing Robson and Safechuck told The Daily Beast the biopic amounts to “propaganda,” adding that “the truth will prevail.” (he is right on that part, the truth will prevail: Michael Jackson is innocent)
Safechuck and Robson are obviously worried about the outcome of the court case if it takes place after the release of the biopic and obviously losing a huge source of revenue that they do not deserve, but also their careers of actors will be over if “Leaving Neverland 2” gets cancelled. Not that they were good actors in the first movie to be honest with you.
It is so good to see Huey, Dewey, and Louie shitting their pants and they might finally know how it feels When you’re alone And you’re cold inside, just like Michael when he was wrongly accused.
But for me, their whinging about the biopic to the press is hilarious when they should be more worried about the court case where facts matter the most and where their lies will crumble.

Whats stopping Reed or Safechuck from already having eliminated damaging material/evidence/documents during the last 10 years? Did Dan Reed not already say the Robson interviews from LN had to be re-shoot because a camera malfunctioned or that he lost the footage?

"As always, an impeccable thread on the latest court docs for the Robson/Safechuck lawsuit against MJ companies. Please read, and thank you to @MJJRepository for helping us that don't understand, to make it much clearer for us."

Here's some posts from that thread, FYI for anyone who's interested:

"Several noteworthy observations from Mesereau's "Complex Civil Case Questionnaire" filed this week. The filing is to argue that these consolidated cases (Wade/James) have "all the hallmarks of a complex case," which is what Judge Whitaker suggested in the Feb. 28 status hearing."

"The cases have 110,000 pages of material. This includes past depos, trial, grand juries, case filings and the multitude of materials found as part of Wade's discovery including the many emails, tell-all book efforts and more. But much more is needed, with James' barely started."

"Tom lists off the mindboggling number of past proceedings in these cases, which has included 20 different major occurrences since 2013.Part of this has included the 11 different versions of civil litigation against the estate and the companies, repeat dismissals and 2x appeals."

"Neither Defendants nor the Estate of MJ have engaged in ANY settlement discussions—formal or informal—in this case."Estate has made clear from day one they have no intentions of settling privately.By contrast, Wade/James indicated willingness for private mediation pre-trial."
