Just because you don't like him means nothing. Bottom line is he did nothing to cost Michael's death. Fact is your opinion means nothing

u really need to read up on the facts of the case there is no physical evidence mj was addicted to anything and or klien contributed to what happened.no wonder the gen public and jurrors can believe such crap when fans do even though the evidence is there to be read.theres no excuse for ppl not educating themselves.

Strange how Jason's and Michael's "relationship" is not mentioned in this suit. What? It's as if it never happened!!!

Much like LaTonta does, I had a feeling that Klein was projecting certain behaviours onto Michael (the whole peeing thing).

I would really relish this lawsuit if they had not chosen to drag Michael into it.
 
i think some fans need to be reminded more often that:

According to Autopsy: There is no physical evidence that proves MJ was addicted to anything.

Instead it turns out they were not even close. I mean if they had been Pfeiffer surely wouldn't have needed Klein to tell him that MJ had sleeping problems. (Even if you don't sleep with him, you are just friends you would know. As Mesereau knew, as David Nordahl knew, as everybody knew who was around Michael. Pfeiffer apparently was not close enough to him to know this.)

Likewise if they had been close Pfeiffer surely would have known about Murray who spent every night with Michael (in his Extra interview when asked about Murray Pfeiffer said he never even heard about him until after Michael's death...). And so on and on and on. It's clear this guy had nothing to do with MJ, apart from working in the office of MJ's doctor and trying to cash in on this connection.

Very true he does not mention at all his B.S gay story about MJ. Yet, mentions how gay Klein is and the gay things he did to klein in their relationship which is shocking but, not surprising. Since I beleive everyone knew that the only two lovers here were really Klein and Jason from the begining! lol

^^THANK YOU!!! Where do people get these strange stories from? What are these mysterious drugs that Kline is supposed to inject into Michael to make him addicted? Why these mysterious drugs did not show up in the autopsy? We need to speak about these issues in an educated way, and the information is only a keyboard click away!!!
 
^Sad really cause there are many fans that think like that, I see it in other forums. Especially, on the one that ends with Star!
 
^^This nonsense will be a hard one for us to destroy, because it takes too much effort for people to find out the truth. Many like to run with the negative, which is why tabloids are making big money.

It irritates me more seeing it on this forum because we have so MUCH information here for people to be informed.

"2007 Jason separates from his longtime partner and returns to LA unemployed and with no money, meets Klein online, Klein wants to have sex with him. Jason refuses. Klein apologizes and says to become friends.

They start talking about cars etc. Klein invites him to his home saying that he might be able to give him a job, again makes a pass to him, jason leaves.

Weeks pass they again started talking about a job possibility, Klein says he won't make any more advances to him and then eventually hires him. His job responsiblities becomes significant such as always accompanying Klein to everywhere (note: I think Klein has a illness and physical limitation as help him dress up, put him to bed etc is mentioned)

Jason alleges that Klein obsessively searched for sex partners on Internet especially on "bear" websites. Gives an example of his profile on one of the websites ( 8 and cut) . Jason says that he was required to help Klein with these searches, reading him the profiles, typing up emails to the people Klein liked, update Klein's online profiles, calling up people etc. Jason says he didn't want to do it but Klein said he'd fire him if he didn't.

Then comes the preparation for sex part. Jason claims that he had to wash his groin, give him drugs (viagra etc), greet his sex partners, wait till they leave etc. Jason says Klein took him to gay men hotels (bathhouses) that had bear parties. took Jason to one bear sex party in Las Vegas, says he didn't want to go. Jason says sometimes he needed to go out and find and bring Klein sex partners, mentions bringing a homeless man.

There's a mention of Klein writing prescriptions in Jason's name multiple times for other people - I'll skip the details on that.

Then allegedly Klein tells him that he has to move in with him or he'll take away the car that he has given him and fire him. Jason moves in with him Klein expects him to work for him 24/7, doesn't allow him to visit his family etc.

Jason claims that Klein liked to "mistakenly" piss on him (shoes/clothes) to humiliate him. says that Klein has a serious medical condition and loses bowel control. He made Jason to clean Klein, change his clothes and clean the floor. Jason says that Klein swallowed a dental bridge and made Jason to look for it in the feces.

Jason claims that Klein asked to report his former partner to police, made him listen to his problems with his current partner and again started to make sexual advances towards Jason (grabbing his nipples, trying to kiss him, force his tongue to his mouth, saying that they would have "hot love affair" and so on )

a lot of mention of Klein becoming FDA consultant and wanting to get a billboard to advertise that and Jason saying that it's illegal to do that.

so they start having arguments about the billboard and another prescription in Jason's name. Jason leaves the house and Klein starts to say that he fired him and doesn't allow him back to the workplace and his house."

That summary!!! If this is true, no wonder Klien had bowel problems--he had tooooooo many lovers coming and going. Now is this guy 20 year old who bad Kline made stay in his house, cause him to look for lovers, travel with him, give him a car, pee pee on him, wash his groin (wonder if he had to wash anything else), and like Latoya he could not leave. I wonder if Kline took his pastport too.
 
^^I do not believe his reason for doing what he claimed Klien made him do--being out of work and needing a job. If that was the case then he would not accept gifts and he would remain in his own house. That is why we have Welfare in the US--to help the unemployed. I should know, because I pay a lot in taxes. What he did, he did willingly and now tries to blame Kline. This is not going to help him show why he stole Klien's money, and even though Klien is a slimball, I believe that this guy really dipped his fingers into Klien's loot.

He claims Klien harassed him, but I claim he harassed Klien's money.
 
They are both lying scumbags, and whats with their obsession over toliet habits.... remember what Klein said about Michael. They just change their stories the suit their mood or to whatever gets them noticed.
