I think Walgren is about to show Murray had access to a credit line and could have purchased or, at least, leased the proper equipment to monitor MJ safely...but did not do it. Otherwise, having a credit line with a medical distributor is a lil iffy.

Geez, I missed that. An IV infusion pump? That's interesting. I don't remember reading anywhere that an infusion pump was found in the room, only that there was a bag of normal saline on a simple IV pole. I've always wondered HOW he would have given Propofol continuous infusions without using a proper pump.

So if they could tell the Cali address was a residential one, why couldn't Lopez? All he had to do was google it?
 
prep pads syringes, (loads of them) saline bags, iv admin set (50) that was in may missed the date

may 19th. connectors for infusion. B.P for a kids, iv catheters, urine pads, external catheter to collect urine. bags for the catheter

june 1st ambu bag. (first time it was ordered) airway set 2 were ordered. they cost $4 altogether (he was giving mj all that crap and only got a ambu bag and airwat set on the first of june!)

june 15th . talked to connie about the condom catheter connie was looking for a certain sized bag to go with it. wanted a small leg bag. witness said there wasnt a small size. then a follow up covo. connie taked to the manifactuer who said a medium fits a small
 
Just in case anyone didn't realize it, the "Connie Ng" that is being referred to (the one who ordered all of these medical supplies), that's the woman Consuela Ng who testified a couple of days ago; she is the lady who "volunteered" at Murray's office 5 days a week/had no medical training/her grandmother was previously a patient of Murray.
 
june 22nd catheters external urine bags 30 ordered and shipped that day

leg bags for catheter medium size 30 bags but not shipped.

june 22nd wanted to be shipped overnight so would cost more

No kidding. You think that more caution would be taken when shipping potent MEDICATIONS (as compared to medical supplies).
 
june 26th connie cancelled the order and asked for a refund. (objection substained.) re ask.

chernoff wetting himself objecting over asking about the refund on the 26th. of course its fecking relevent chernoff u idiot.another sidebar
