Official: AllGood Entertainment Sues Michael Jackson

The only signed contract that exists by Michael Jackson is the one between himself and AEG, and that is the one that will remain in place. AGE has nothing with his signature on it what-so-ever, nor do they have any signed paper to indicate that Frank DiLeo was authorized to sign on behalf of ANY of the Jackson members. They are using a couple different media and tabloid reports to try and support their claim that Frank DiLeo not only represents Michael but that he also helped arrange and work with AEG for the O2 concerts--which Randy Phillips has confirmed is not true at all but AGE still insists it is based on a few random reports. If the judge reviews the original agreement and contract between AGE and Frank, he will see that the signature by Frank in no way insinuates that the Jacksons themselves are bound to the agreement but rather that Frank was then supposed to try and get them to agree within 4 months.

And that's exactly why Mr. Allocco didn't attached that agreement and/or contract to his court filing.

God bless u for clearing this up. :agree::agree::agree:

i know, just based on what age said about paying frank, that shows they're not legit. sorry it's the CLIENT that pays the manager, not the llc that is working w/ the client. that's hella damn shady and shows that they wanted frank to do the impossible...

sign/vouch for mj and the whole clan to go ahead and do these shows. he pretty much, as it sounds like, promised age he could do it and now they're coming after mj cuz franky boi couldn't pull it off.

the ONLY way i can see mj being on hold for this is if frank was hismanager BUT that still doesn't tie the rest of the family to this show. y would they stop 50 shows so mj could do 1?

:mello:As difficult as it is for me to admit this: Friedman seem to have a good assessment on this in some aspects.

And I guess that both cases will be solved ( Bain and Allocco) in Michaels favor.
But it shore is strange to see the lengths people are going to feed off other peoples efforts. Scary.
