If the judge reviews the original agreement and contract between AGE and Frank, he will see that the signature by Frank in no way insinuates that the Jacksons themselves are bound to the agreement but rather that Frank was then supposed to try and get them to agree within 4 months.
The only signed contract that exists by Michael Jackson is the one between himself and AEG, and that is the one that will remain in place. AGE has nothing with his signature on it what-so-ever, nor do they have any signed paper to indicate that Frank DiLeo was authorized to sign on behalf of ANY of the Jackson members. They are using a couple different media and tabloid reports to try and support their claim that Frank DiLeo not only represents Michael but that he also helped arrange and work with AEG for the O2 concerts--which Randy Phillips has confirmed is not true at all but AGE still insists it is based on a few random reports.
