That's Jermaine Dupri, Janet's "man". (although he is looking a little taller than she does, guess she has flats or no shoes on)

Nice picture of Janet and her brother, Jermaine. However, noticing the caption below the photo it is my understanding that Halima is Jermaine's wife. If not, and she is his girlfriend then, I stand corrected.
