well someones got the info wrong. 120k sounds right to me but i read it had done 150k which seems crazy

Apparently the 150k figure was just based on copies shipped and not actual sales. Actual physical sales in France add up to around 120,000 copies. In the UK it has sold 91,000+ and the US its sold between 270-280k.
