Michael - The Great Album Debate

In the near future when the obsession with Jason Malachi will have come to an end fans that hated the songs because they were laughing about the processed voice and joking about it being Jason, I wonder how they will feel about what they did...

Don't hold your breath

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Conspiracy)

I'll be honest that snippet is the most questionable to me so far, knew these leaks would make me question it all over again! :/

Guess we'll have to wait for the rest to come out

What would you do when the truth will came out and everybody knows it´s Jason Malachi?.

Many fans will think that you couldn´t recognize the Mj voice vs JM voice. And they will think on it because you were the one who supported Cascios and Teddy Riley.

What if it isnt' Jason Malachi? :p

What a mess here, can someone sum it up with all the story with all the snippets please?

I bet my life it´s Jason Malachi.

Comparison audio don´t lie.. Teddy & Cascios... yes.

Perhaps this is not of my business but,

I dont think is an obsession, is what they hear. I dont think it will end soon, unless some very convincing evidence went out.
In that case, they should feel they heard the voices very procesed and thats it.

In case it came true that is Malachi, what should we do?, nothing but recognize that we commited a mistake thinking it was MJ voice.

"Many fans will think that you couldn´t recognize the Mj voice vs JM voice". That would be obvious.

"And they will think on it because you were the one who supported Cascios and Teddy Riley". I think is not about supporting anybody, I think is about what you hear and even sometimes what you feel. There is people that hears MJ voice but because is procesed or not finished by himself they dont feel it like its MJs, this thinking is as respectable as the other two.

I think that taking the topic to a "gulty feeling" lever shouldnt be the case

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Conspiracy)

I wouldn't consider myself a fan if it turned out that I couldn't tell a Michael Jackson song from a fraudsters. One? Maybe. But a whole series of them? I'd hang up my glove.

If you can't recognise Michael Jackson, what's the point really?

Come on Kapital, dont talk nonsence, your life doesnt worth this stupid (relativily) topic, lets not get that radical.

Now, thats a good argument, comparision audios, although not 100% conclusive, could be way to much credible than some people.

Bottom line, listent to your ears (even if they are atrophied) and not anybody else.

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Conspiracy)

People, if you think it is or isn't his voice and it's proven one way or another, it doesn't make you a better/worse fan than the rest, it's a mistake people can make, from all of the confusion.

So people stop doubting if you think your not a fan due to this discussion.

Anyway on the Solider Boy... I like the instrumental though, but the vocals are a killer thriller.

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Conspiracy)

Either way, I bet my life it's not Michael Jackson.

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Conspiracy)

Wow - That snippet is real? ie not a purposefully mislabeled Malachi or some other imposter track? But a bonafied MJ track that was considered for inclusion?

I feel like I need to clean my ears out after that audio defiled them...

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Conspiracy)

It's real. This is suppose to be Michael Jackson.

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Conspiracy)

I think it is Michael Malachi.

Ooopppss...

Meant Jason.. my bad.

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Conspiracy)

I think Michael tried to sound like Jason and had this all planned cause he wanted a soda.

I hear some Michaels voice on those tracks, maybe there's no Michael at all, I could be wrong (I dont own the truth), but thats what I hear. I have been hearing MJ since Destiny (quite a while), and I hear him a lot, of course that doesnt make me an expert on his voice and nothing else more than anybody, it is just that.

If it isnt MJ, "SO WHAT" If I shouldnt be consider a fan because of that "SO WHAT" I would be hearing, enjoying and loving MJ music anyway, the same way I have always been. And I will be admireing him anyway. And I will listen to this songs eventhough because I like them (I dont like KYHU much), it would be obvious if its sound like MJ ¿wouldnt be?. Kicking sony and cascios for the fraud is somthing else.

I dont hear MJ music because is Michael Jackson, I listen to them because I like them, because it make me feel so good, I just love that music, by far I like MJ music more than any other. There are some MJ songs that I dont like, and I dont listen to them for the pure fact that I dont like them even if they are Michaels. Or what should I ¿cheat myself?.

So if I cant recognize MJ voice "SO WHAT", the point is ejoying the music.

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Conspiracy)

Pentum, I agree.. as Jason having the best voice in the world and very distinctive, Michael just used his weak, goat like voice to sound like Jason.

As you see we have come to a conclusion.

It is actually Michael Jackson who has been trying to copy Jason Malachi on these songs.

Case Closed.

Ok, so just to clarify....you can enjoy the music even if you don't know if it's Michael singing or not? I'm not sure this is a 'so what' type of situation....But that's just me....

Yes I can.

I dont need to know who sings a song to decide if i enjoy it or not, as the matter of fact I have enjoy thousands songs without knowing who sings. I think there is nothing wrong with that.

To me it´s not Psicological.

Ok, I am under the impression you mean that you can enjoy a song that is supposedly sung by Michael Jackson but you're not sure if it's him or not....Ok....well, if that's how you feel...I just don't understand that...To me, that's right up there with a comment I heard by another fan regarding Monster, 'It may not be Michael Jackson singing, but let's get it to number one!' :wtf: Is it just me??

Watching fans enjoying songs that are not Michael Jackson songs - not only that, but they are fraudulently being bandied around as Michael Jackson songs - is absolutely hideous. Its like saying 'ahhhh it doesn't matter if the old fool is dead, we've got these new fresh beats!'

Horrifying.

Is not that I think is supposed to be MJ, I am sure is Michael in some part of the songs (thats what I hear), I am sure he is not in other parts and I have doubts in other parts (it could be his voice filtrated, procesed or modified, or it could be an impersonator like jason (it sure sounds like it) or could be another voice like Porte, I dont know)

...I just don't understand that...

Its ok, I am just expresing my opinion.

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Conspiracy)

Could you point out some parts where you think Michael stepped in?

Well in theory they are labelled as official Michael Jackson songs...

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Conspiracy)

Lol... nah... I guess not... You are right. Many musicians can write good melody. Many folklore writers can write lovey melody. I actually have tremendous respect for musicians and artists and writers.

What distinguish Michael from other great musicians is that Michael can consistently write music that touches people of all ages and all races. People all over the world respond to him. A five year old girl couldn't help but to respond to a song he wrote.

I'll say it again. He's a genius!

You pointed right, as always.

As you said, people all over the world are touched by his music, even those who don't know a single word in english, they somehow understand the messages in his songs, they know if he's singing about love, hate, sorrow, anguish, war, peace etc.If you just watch him and listen to him, you know.

That's right...As Sam pointed out with his link a few pages ago....Michael wrote Earth Song with no lyrics in the chorus, therefore, everyone can sing to the melody and relate to the music..regardless of language, race, colour, or creed.....He brought the world together through his music and the emotion he evoked....that takes TALENT and a big heart....He's a genius...plain and simple...
