Christophe Boulmé Exhibition of rare & famous Michael Jackson images and artworks. Over 20 amazing pictures of Michael Jackson taken by French Photographer Christophe Boulmé throughout the years have been enlarged & will be on display. Christophe worked closely with Michael during the HIStory era and he is responsible for the “Stranger in Moscow” Single cover, the “Ghosts” box set cover, some of the HIStory pictures within the album booklet and many more.

Just to note: The guidelines for the exhibition say that photographs 'of the photos on their own' must not be taken...It adds that you would be able to be photographed standing with the photos.


It is right that Chrisophe should retain copyright of these photos. It is very generous to allow photography at all, as many private exhibitions (eg Julien's in the UK) do not.

Yes, the exhibition details say that there will be an auction of the photos on the Sunday afternoon at 4.00pm. You need to register for the auction and the registration form is in with the exhibition details on the website. I think it is an 'in person' auction only. (ie not on-line)


Proceeds are in aid of 'Comic Relief'. (Charity)

This was a tribute video Christophe made from his work
It was a Christmas present to MJ fans 2011


French photographer and designer Christophe Boulmé ("Black & White Magazine", Michael Jackson's "Ghosts" artwork, "Stranger In Moscow" and "HIStory" CD singles and more...) had a Christmas surprise for all Michael's fans.

The following video sums up his work, respect and love for the King of Pop. He opted for the song
"Mon Univers" ("To Where You Are") performed by Marie Myriam to illustrate this moment of pure poetry.

Oh thanks. Well, that is something I guess mainly the European fans can take advantage of.

Qbee Awww that speech at the beginning of the video ^^ so sweet. It is the deeper voice Michael, and I love the way he keeps the smile on his face throughout the intro & keeps glancing up.
 


French photographer Christophe Boulmé became known to Michael Jackson fans worldwide through his beautiful artwork for the &#8216;Black & White&#8217; fan magazine. His art also came to the attention of Michael and later on Christophe Boulmé became responsible for several cover illustrations including &#8216;Stranger In Moscow&#8217; single cover, &#8216;Ghosts&#8217; box set cover, and some of the images in the HIStory album booklet.


Part of Christophe Boulmé&#8217;s artwork on Michael Jackson will be featured in the exhibition &#8216;Making HIStory &#8211; a king through the lens&#8217;.

The exhibition takes place on May 11 (10am to 8pm) and May 12 (11am to 4pm) at The Gallery on the Corner in London (155 Battersea Road, London SW8 4BU, UK) and will feature rare and famous Michael Jackson images and artworks. Over 20 amazing pictures of Michael Jackson taken by Christophe Boulmé throughout the years have been enlarged. You must purchase a ticket to enter the exhibition (£5.00 + £0.50 booking fee).

I had VIP tickets to go to this on the Friday, but was unable to go. Absolutely gutted I missed it. My friend David went fri-sun and won a print in the auction on the Sunday. I'm very jealous! Lol.
