Ah that is so sweet. I hope the kids took some flowers to his resting place today. I was in someone's home and saw they put a photo of their mom on the table surrounded by a candle and flowers for mothers day. I never saw that done before and liked the idea. I also found out some people blew up birthday balloons and released them up in the air for the deceased birthday too. I guess they mean the deceased is up in heaven.

Oh my god, they looks so adorable here, all three of them, each and every one of them. Blanket especially, he looks so much like Michael did at that age. Thanks for these pictures, I've never seen them before, now I'm so happy that I have.

True. Now some visitor knows what Paris said to her social worker. The last time they knew what she said to the psychiatrist. Let's see what they will make up tomorrow.

Good that Diana does things quietly. She was very strict about keeping her children's upbringing out of the media's eyes, and she was very successful doing that.

To the person who talks about bitchy Diana: Well everyone knows that Diana does not play. It may have something to do with going through the business during the 50s/60s and having to fight to show you are just as good as that other person from the other race. She had to enter venues by the backdoor, so no way is she going to take crap now. Another thing is that people feel that stars should tip them a lot of money, and then get mad when the stars leave the basic tip. One woman tells me she dislikes Spike Lee because he came to buy something in a store and did not give her anything. First, people don't even tip in stores. Usually a tip is done at hotels, restaurants, valet parking, but never in a store where you go to buy clothes.

Well, right about now "the Jacksons" are partying at a wedding on Michael Jackson's property, while Paris Jackson is sitting in a mental ward. I will NEVER FORGIVE the Jacksons for this.

It amazes me people think Diana Ross would be a suitable guardian for these children. I think Michael just named her because of his love and admiration for her, and how she looked out for him during his years at Motown and how close they became during that time. All of her children are grown and I don't think she'd enjoy being thrust into motherhood again caring for underage children. The woman has her vices like everyone else, and sometimes the media captures that, like when she got pulled over and was caught on the dash cam drunk out of her mind and threatening the police officer. I just don't see her as a realistic option.

Debbie is closest to Paris, she's her mother, not only does she deserve to be Paris' guardian if it ever came to that, she's the most suitable due to actually being her mother and the relationship they've formed in the years following Michael's passing. But Debbie has already said she has no interest in separating Paris from her brothers, that right there tells you she's everything Paris needs when it comes to a legal guardian. I think Paris will manage with TJ and her brothers. She had a slip-up, that doesn't mean that all is wrong in the Jackson home.

To be fair Michael didn't really trust that many people (which is completely understandable btw) He only trusted Katherine and we've all seen how she has failed that trust several times in the last four years.

Michael wanted to give his children the best he can. He knew both Diana Ross and Debbie Rowe more than any of us. He didn't choose Debbie Rowe said it all. Diana Ross is the only friend I can think of never capitalized on Michael's death. I know Michael would be so happy to see his children around her. He loved Diana Ross so much.

I believe Diana would do everything in her power to protect Michael's kids. I trust Michael naming her over Debbie because he knew and lived with them both.

I am not agreeing or disagreeing about whether Diana is suitable or not, but what i want to point out is that being pulled over for drunk driving, cussing out the cops, holding a baby over a balcony, taking drugs, beating up the neighbors, etc., does not make you an unsuitable parent/guardian, per se. There are several people who do these things (expect the balcony one) who are excellent parents/guardians. The behavior becomes a danger to the child if the parent neglects the child while doing these activities or places the child in a situation where the child can be harmed. Some even said that Michael placed his child in a situation where he could be harmed, but look at what a wonderful parent/guardian Michael was.
Now if we see that Diana's children were mistreated, neglected, emotionally harmed by her drunkenness and sharp tongue then we can say that she is not a suitable parent/guardian.

I also hope that we know that some children love their parents deeply, even though they know that their parents were not the best parents in the world.

I think the important thing about a guardian for Paris at this point, is not what we or society think a guardian should be, but what does the guardian have that the child NEEDS. Does Katherine have what Paris needs? Does TJ have what Paris needs? I think if they don't, then the judge should come up with a plan to make the guardians satisfy the child's needs. We can't look for perfect people, since Michael was not perfect and none of us is. Imperfect people make good parents/guardians all the time. The thing is they have to recognize where they are weak, and do something about it to help their children.

I just got the latest copy of People magazine and they are reporting that Paris has asked that both Katherine and Debbie Rowe be restricted from visiting her at the hospital! The article also states that it is true that Paris has been cutting herself for a while and was treated at UCLA several months ago. The article goes on to say that “An attempt last July by Michael’s siblings Janet, Randy and Jermaine to take Paris and her brother Prince, 16, from the family’s Calabasas, Calif., compound left her emotionally exhausted”. And the turmoil just kept coming: As a witness in the civil suit filed by Katherine against AEG Paris has had to relive her fathers last days. She’s paying attention to every word says an insider and it has taken a toll.

Guys, this s--- makes me so MAD! I will NEVER forgive the Jackson’s for this!

Victory but who is telling this to the magazine^^. Do you know if it is a good source. With all these different stories I don't know which media is making up stuff or not. Who told them she did not want both women to visit her. Is this magazine copying and pasting since we saw this story in another tabloid? We all know that so called better media copy and paste from tabloids, so do you have any more evidence to go by, before you get mad?

Right now I can't get mad about anything anymore because I don't know who is lying.

their accurate alright. she contacts them all the time and sends them pictures and all of that. that's one of the reasons why I say she loves attention and she seems to love drama.

I understand your point and I can't say how much of this story is true but if even half of it is true I want heads to roll! People mag keeps quoting this “anonymous family insider”. It makes my heart break for Paris and her brothers.

Based on he court's legal report and the California Department of Children's Services official report, actions will be taken to improve the well-being of Paris Jackson.

How is Katherine suppose to help her when she and her family just sweep things under the rug? I am not bashing her but the Jacksons have their issues and they never deal with them. I don't care what people say but Michael gave her love and acceptance and wanted things to be handled differently for his family.

That scenario is so sad... :( Sometimes I can not understand certain things that God does :no: .... I always wonder why Michael was torn from his children and from us so soon. He was so young and had so much to accomplish yet. I can never understand this. :cry: *big sigh*

Imagine being the J3. - Going from MJ who loved them more than life it self he did everything to protect them and keep them happy. - Going from that to The Jacksons family... - If J3 was very poor and had no money, who knows if they had any interest in them at all?? - Seems like they are more into $$$ than caring and giving love to the children. :no:

I think Michael picked Diana Ross because she made him feel safe and cared for when he was a young boy. He saw how she was with her own kids. I think Paris and her brothers need to be around people who can separate fame and family. Paris and her brothers are not celebrities and should not be treated as such. That's why Michael protected them so much. I don't know what is true and how Paris is feeling but just some of things I can't help but think of Michael and the reasons why he distanced himself from his own family. He looked to other people for the things he felt he wasn't getting from his own family. It's like Paris is doing the same thing.

A source close to the family confirms to E! News that the young daughter of the late Michael Jackson who was hospitalized after an alleged suicide attempt, was not able to attend her cousin's wedding at the Hayvenhurst home.

Earlier in the week, we learned that the 15-year-old was expected to be released from UCLA Medical Center by Friday so that she could attend Taj Jackson's nuptials.

"The plan is to not keep her past Friday," said the insider earlier this week. "[Co-guardian]T.J.'s brother Taj is getting married and she desperately wants to be there and everyone wants her to be there."
Paris wasn't the only family no-show at the event, at least in the early going, with Tito and Jermaine the only Jackson (or Jacksun) brothers reportedly making an appearance.
Although Paris' exact whereabouts at this time have not been disclosed, a source recently told E! News exclusively that Paris "has a couple weeks of very intense therapy [ahead of her] before anything else happens. Where she does it all depends on the best place."
The insider also shared that Paris' family would like her to stay in a treatment facility, but no decisions have been made.
