Is there any info about that "Video Medley" that was intended to give some extra time for the preparation of the "Billie Jean" performance during the HIStory concerts?

(apart from the fact that it was a little bit longer during the first eastern european dates in 1996)

I remember it vividly in Dublin. I think it was put together so well. The later version is definitely the better version.
