Michael viral (positive) tweet thread

Update, just because I love this .... It is Sunday and ThrillerChallenge, Thriller40, and Michael Jackson have been trending since AT LEAST midnight on Thursday. Now, as of Sunday morning in the US, Heaven Can Wait is trending right alongside of them.

Again, sorry this isn't a tweet itself. I just think this is cool :)

Let's give this tweet some POSITIVE interaction, if we want MTV to highlight MJ in a positive light we need to get the positive content "viral" to motivate them to post POSITIVE highlights. When we see them post negative stuff then we should ignore it.

I totally agree with you!! Also, I have seen a ton of positive tweets for Michael going viral the last few days. He's been trending so much since Halloween, almost constantly. Not all the comments are positive in all of these posts, but the Twitter fans really work hard to respond to everything negative, which if nothing else fights the narrative that MJ is not widely loved. He very obviously is.

Anyway, I agree completely. We got to ice out the negative articles/posts, and build up the positive ones. Positive MJ content is 100x more marketable than negative. They need to see it.

Good share! Let’s keep it up!
I'm actually not very good at this, lol. I tend to post stuff bc it's positive, forgetting about the 'viral' bit.

Here's another, just to illustrate my point!

I just checked. Max Martin is a Swedish pop song writer, seems to be absolutely huge. I found a little interview where he apparently talks about meeting Michael at a 3T recording session (I Need You) but it's all in Swedish.

Max Martin is being interviewed along with his colleague Denniz Pop (who passed away in 1998), who was also there working on the songs. They thought the song ‘I need you’ was nearly done. Then someone called and told them Michael wanted a key change, but they say they were reluctant to make the change because they’d have to travel so far just to change a few bars in a song that they were already happy with…

Then they were told Michael would be there as he was executive producer for the recording. Of course they made the trip! It’s a cool story where they share the usual impression about having had expectations about Michael being distant but he turned out to be very approachable. Michael showed up in a van without security, and they sat in a lousy couch sharing coffee 😂
The situation seems unexpectedly casual, basically recording in a shed in the countryside (close to Hollywood). When they suggested for Mike to sing and he started recording his part, it became so surreal that Max (I think) had a laughing fit out of sheer amazement when Michael sang so effortlessly with no preparation. They found him to be very pleasant and easy to work with, without any “diva behaviour“.
They wished they could work with him on a solo project.

Oh, that is so lovely! Thank you for that.

@wendijane - I think you're gonna like this lovely little story. It's just made my day!

Max Martin he has dozens of world hits to his name, he is a genuine hit machine, he also wrote for Britney Spears. Really nice quote and story. I like it when other professionals are in awe but I love it even more that they all say MJ was easy to work with and not a strange entity seemingly out of reality.
