1. Unbreakable (his first pick for his favorite track on the album. He wanted it as the lead single and had plans to give it an epic music video)
2. Speechless (one of his top three favorites. He probably liked this a bit more than "The Lost Children" since he said he'd like to perform it for the rest of his life. He rehearsed part of it for This Is It, too, so it may have been his favorite song on the album when he died)
3. The Lost Children (one of his top three favorites)
4. You Are My Life (not one of his top three favorites, but he said he'd like to perform it for the rest of his life. Supposedly, he dedicated it to his kids)
5. Threatened (he was interested in giving this one a music video. Plus, he included a portion of its instrumental in This Is It)
6. Privacy (this song had a personal meaning for MJ, so I think he liked it more than most of the other songs. Plus, he was a bit more involved in writing it than most of the others)
7. Break of Dawn (not only was he said to have loved this song, but he held onto it for 3 years before releasing it on the album. It was first recorded in 1998, before everything else that made the cut)
8. Heaven Can Wait (said to have loved this song. Begged Teddy Riley to give it to him)
9. Butterflies (said to have loved this song, apparently as much as he liked "Heaven Can Wait")
10. Whatever Happens (said to have loved this song. He basically bragged about Carlos Santana being on it at the end of the song when he thanks him, too)
11. Don't Walk Away (said to have loved this song)
12. 2000 Watts (said to have loved this song)
13. Cry (I don't think MJ was ever said to have particularly liked this song, but he must have liked it since he included it on the album. And iirc, he was the one who wanted it as a single. Plus, he tended to like sentimental songs like this. However, he was more interested in "What More Can I Give").
14. Heartbreaker (this doesn't seem to be a song that MJ had much attachment for. I'm sure he liked it, mainly because it had the futuristic vibe he wanted on the album, but nobody ever said MJ liked it in particular)
15. Invincible (same as "Heartbreaker". Probably liked it a bit less since its production isn't as remarkable)
16. You Rock My World (MJ loved the song at first, but Sony forcing him to release it as the lead single and his bad experience with the music video probably made him dislike the song. Notably, it wasn't rehearsed for This It It despite being highly requested from fans)
Did I do a good job
