You have to switch very quickly from one picture to the other, back and forth, then you can see the differences very well. Lips, nose, eyes. Yes, the angle and lighting are a little different, but not much.

I don't say it doesn't look like Michael at all, but... 🙃

Yeah, I think people are so used to seeing AI pictures or filtered pictures of MJ that they forgot what the real MJ looked like. That is not his nose, his eyes or his lips, and the skin tone seems off if they were going for the music video. There is no way I would ever mistake this for a real picture of Michael. But anyway, I don't expect any figures to be a perfect replica of him, the important thing is whether or not you like how it looks.

That Damtoys figure is a missed opportunity imo. Belts are too thick, pose is dangerous tour with the glasses and the face and hair looks nothing like Michael. They clearly used their crappy dangerous tour figure and just added the golden costume. Queen Studios and InArt would kill it if they release a HIStory Tour 1/6 collectible. I own the dangerous tour figure and the likeness is on piont.
