I really apprecitate Bill Bottrell's communication with fans. The amount of details he's shared over the past year is gold. I'm looking forward for his Victory notes.

Didn't even know this book existed. I had to look it up. Here's what I found:

The foreword is written by Brad Buxer (keyboardist and composer) and here the list on the interviews you will read in this book: Brian Banks (who played synthesizers on “Thriller”), Dean Parks (Guitarist), John Bettis (“Human Nature” co-writer), Steven Ray (Production assistant for “Thriller”), Tom Bahler (Songwriter “She’s Out Of My Life”), Rory Kaplan (Keyboardist), Vincent Paterson (Choreographer), David Williams (Guitarist), Taj Jackson, Steve Porcaro (“Human Nature”), Michael Lehmann Boddicker (Film Composer for “The Wiz”), Matt Forger (Sound Engineer) and Christopher Currell (Synclavier on BAD Tour).

If your interest is only about unreleased music, I think the only name listed there would probably be Matt Forger. But I doubt this book would touch on anything like that.

Yeah i do have the contact i lost respect for this community because they always talking down to the people and i understand why gatekeeping don't want to leak stuff because some of you are dissrespectfull and talk trash sometimes you want songs then learn it how to get it nothing is for free now we are not in 2009 anymore when songs gets leaked due to hacking now we are in 2025 and is hard to get access to certain asset that how it works we are in the world when streaming is dominate over the CD ERA i always want pepole to work together and to collaborate to get stuff not to fight and gets angry for something that get leaked just because they paid 50k or something for a godamm song i will always respect and admire the creativity of the late and great Michael Jackson so because of this crap i will take some time off just so pepole understand that this community is becoming a shell of his former self

Now it's hard to trust everyone, anyone can say that they have some kind of material, etc. but it will be fake, the problem is that a lot of people spread fakes made by AI and it's hard to distinguish it from the real one and people will pay for it and then it turns out that he gave money for what was done in half an hour

It's not about liking you. It's about being honest (including with yourself) about what your intentions are.

For anyone who's been reading these boards for over 25 years, certain behaviours stick out. Toying with the rest of the fan community, who have already been treated abhorrently over the past 15 years, for some ego trip is going to result in some well deserved blowback.
