So there's a chance he did end up leaking it.

And we also don't have a lot of details on "Buffalo Bill" to know that it can be ruled out, all we know about the music itself is that it has a symphonic intro and it's a dance track. I think there's a strong possibility here, especially since the snippet has that "80's sound" to it.

Im more inclined to believe this is either BB or the real TMO. Idk about the other snippets
 
I believe he would've said that it's Buffalo Bill. You don't just upload one of the Holy grails with a title "Unknown Track"

Sounds fake, you can still hear MJ's vocals being filtered out.

Those seminar recordings of "Water" and "Adore You" should just be leaked already. We practically got the full songs by now, how much could they be even worth at this point lol.
