People say this all the time but the thing is, none of them fit the sound Dangerous ended up going for.
Most people like to claim that Dangerous has no standard sound and thus it's all over the place, so it wouldn't really matter, but I disagree... it clearly does have an established sound per side of the record, the first half being pure Teddy Riley stuff and the other half being MJ's normal team (Bruce, Bill, Brad, etc), there's some exceptions on each side (Jam being on the first half or Dangerous being at the end) but there's clearly a pattern.

None of the Bryan Loren tracks would have fit the sound of the album, they sounded dated even for their time, and Teddy's stuff was also dated even back then, so imagine!
As for For All Time, I do think it would have fit nicely in the 2nd half of the record, perhaps in place of something like Gone Too Soon, I would say Heal The World but unfortunately that one has to stay no matter what lol
SPYHO would have also fit nicely in there, but maybe the record would have turned into something more ballad-oriented.

For All Time honestly reminds me a lot of Loving You, and ive always seen Loving You as a sort of break song, like if it HYPOTHETICALLY was on the an album, it could be inbetween a run of 3-4 hard hitting songs in a row. For All Time definitely feels like that. I definitely think it needed a bit more work as it feels noticeably short, but I would put in FAT (that doesn’t sound good 😭) over SDMW or Keep The Faith.

Also I think GTS would also be irreplaceable just because of its meaning as well

I definitely prefer “For All Time” to those tracks, but I still don’t think it fits the overall album. Dangerous isn’t a romantic or soothing album; it’s intentionally brass, aggressive, and emotional. I don’t think “For All Time” fits thematically or aesthetically.

SPYHO fits Dangerous in my opinion as well as She Got It…..HTW, GTS and KTF could’ve been kept for charity singles

Nite Line isn’t very strong but I would’ve placed it as a b-side to something like Billie Jean.

Would’ve been released for the clocks but that deal fell through in 1983

Wish I had more info bro trust me but all I can remember is it was supposed to be released sometime between 1981 and 1983 and was called Nite Line. Can’t remember if Nite Line was recorded specifically for that and would be included on Thriller but it was a thing at one point.

Idk, I think it ain't a final mix but other than some minor mixing/eqing I think it's close to it.

Funny thing, Epic/Sony had proposed to add Hot Street and other left overs on to T25, but MJ rejected the idea.

FFW a year and a half later, MJ meets with Rod Temperton and guess what? Shortly after this Rod's registered and deposited a copy of Hot Street w/ US Copyright Office.

Most likely, HS would have been one of the planned standalone single releases while Michael would perform in London.

Nite Line is a song I'd put in the "fine" category, along with "Got The Hots". It's never been a song I've sought out to listen on it's own, unlike say Hot Street or She's Trouble.
 

I found this Upscale of Captain EO, and despite it being AI enhanced, I don’t think it’s all the AI that makes it looks good. The uploader claims that this comes from an “anonymous source”, to which I sorta believe cus ive never seem Captain EO this good from all the videos ive seen

BOTDF could have easily replaced SDRMW without feeling out of place or messing up with the the flow they were going for. It’s a teddy groove, New Jack Swing, hard hitting, uptempo and just overall a much better song than SDMW in every sense.

I also believe that Gone Too Soon should have been replaced with Someone Put Your hand Out.

I don’t think “Hot Street” would’ve been reworked for the new album seeing that it wasn’t listed on any of the to-do lists. This could’ve just been one of those situations where they register a previously unregistered song for legal purposes, just like the estate did when they went through MJ’s archives after his death.

BOTDF wasn't finished by the time Dangerous came out, it's as simple as that lol

50 year old MJ would have to re-record the vocals from when he was in his mid-20s, not to mention that musically it would need to be spruced up to keep up with music in the 2009s. Furthermore, plenty of tracks were registered throughout the 2000s—I don’t think the designation of “unpublished single” means anything.

I could be wrong, but there isn’t anything to indicate that it was on MJ’s radar in that way.

it looks exactly like my AI upscale i did like 2 years ago with topaz (never uploaded it).
So it's nothing new. Just an A.I upscale really.
