How Are You Feeling Today?

I was running on the treadmill for 11 minutes today, without needing a break. May sound funny, but I was never able to do that and I am very proud of myself because my stamina is basically non-existent when I have a higher heart rate.

I can hike the whole day, I can lift over 100kg but running, no way 😂. The goal are 30 minutes, I am already curious how long I have to train for that 🫠.
 
It's been a twisted weekend. I've been really real down. So, I'm laying in my dorm room staring up at the ceiling just laying there in silence, feeling blue when my boyfriend randomly texts me "I'm here". Mind you, he lives a hour away, and isn't spontaneous. It's 10pm. I sit up and text, "Huh?", and he texts me two pictures of his car parked by the college back gate. Next thing I know I'm running down a side walk, right into a big bear hug 🧸

So I'm feeling 🤗
 
feeling pretty well rested yet drowsy at the same time. (I just woke up from an hour long nap and you know when you know you're welcome rested at the same time yet you feel drowsy - that is how I feel right now) but also, I feel happy that I don't have school tomorrow so I don't need to wake up at 7:30am and I can sleep in
 
I got 7 hours of sleep! Thats a record for the past…..maybe 3 months? I’ve been getting around 5 or less usually. Since I slept so well I’ll probably stay up even later than usual. Oh! I also went to Hot Topic today for the first time and got the Thriller shirt! I’m so excited to have it I’m wearing it to bed. It’s gonna get worn out so fast I swear imma wear it all the time

my biological mother is trying to contact me again
I need to give her a chance but she keepscrossing boundaries
I’m willing to forgive and give her a chance, but it’s hard to when she was hurting youbefore you were even born and for the short 2 years she had me and even less time with my brothers
okay I’m done venting now sorry yall

I can’t take it no longer I think I might go insane

Sorry to hear that. Maybe you can write her a letter and explain your feelings?

It's very important to know your boundaries and not to let anyone break them. Maybe she is able to understand ot better when she reads it and has tine to think about it?

I did then she found my Insta and messaged me
I have asked her not to contact me till I am ready
I got more important things to do than have her trying to talk to me 24/7 as soon as I let her in
I gotta make it through college and work, not mother her
