The Discussion of MJ's Unreleased Tracks

Anyone remember the days of 2010-2012 with all yhe snippets circulating? From recorded off MSN snippets to HQ snippets.

Days of G, Loser, Another Day, Hollywood Tonight, Much Too Soon, Do you know where youre children are, slave to the rhythm, im sure i missed a few.

We spent a lot of time discussing the snippets of said songs in a similar fashion to how we are talking about the recent years leaked snippets.

The biggest difference is that all those songs leaked rather quickly in full besides Another Day.

Were the leakers more Christmas spirited back then?🫢

Well Another Day was officially released, however was remixed as well. I wish they released original version from Invincible...

I still remember when i heard A Place With No Name on YouTube back in 2013 when it was leaked, i was in love with that song. As well as i remember when i heard People Of The World in 2014.

It definitely does seem as though the current batch of leakers we have are far more attention seeking. Even back then they would just leak the tracks for the benefit of the community. This 1-4 second snippet phenomenon is definitely a recent thing. I do not respect them one iota. They are a cancer.

The TMZ APWNN snippet was insane! It was the start of the new unreleased MJ songs era after his passing.

Feels like some kind of dream, reminiscing about it now.

Remember that fake APWNN acappella snippet that was posted on YouTube right after the real song snippet leaked?😅

People of The World was magical too. I remember i constructed it together with all the different snippets we had becase that song had so many snippets. Kind of like fans are doing now with the songs. But way better now

regarding Paradise, Midas, Obsession and Out of the Dark:

Matt Forger: „This is a movie and there may have been some liberties taken and I can not tell you where these titles came from. Those were not titles or songs that were in fact considered for the Thriller album.“

Going on full copium mode but maybe they're outtakes from other albums/projects and they're mashing them in with "Thriller"? Similar to how they did with "The Toy" to justify putting it on T40.

Or the most boring answer is that they're 100% fictional and we're not getting shit lol

Matt said he has never heard of the titles before and he basically worked on everything Michael since April 1982 incl going through the vaults personally in the past decade and a half so yea probably don‘t exist

I see, thanks for clarifying. That is incredibly disappointing lol. At least we know "Hot Street" is most likely getting an official release.
