the people vs michael jackson, right?

i watched that, it gave an incredibly unbiased view of the trial, showing the unreliability of jordan's mother along with the constant lies.

the only issue is they ended it mentioning leaving neverland. they mentioned counters to the doc, but didnt elaborate really, and looking back i remember the ending making me feel "those bastards had it in the bag and they tripped on the last hurdle."
Their conclusion was that Michael would have been found guilty if Wade hadn't testified in his defense. They were basically trying to take his not guilty verdict away from him, how is that unbiaised?

that's what im saying. it was non biased until then, i couldnt remember why i felt so negative about the end but you brought it back to me.

Was it this one that had Stacey Brown as talking heads for like 20% of the running time while Linda Deutsch got a couple of sentences at most?

Some of the talking people were just there to stir drama and are very much anti-MJ partially to further their own career. They had some "Pro-MJ" folks on as well but they were given less airtime. If they removed Stacey Brown entirely from the program and took up some more facts it would have been decent! Too much talking heads and missing vital facts and key aspects of the case.

The movie ends with two songs in the credits:

In the mid-credits
you'll hear the brand-new single
"Innocent J. McClain"

After that the credits will continue to roll and
- by request by a certain s/o -
end with yet another brand-new song:
"Branca No".

Exciting times for long-term music enthusiasts, no doubt.

On a more serious note: IIRC Sony told me we'll hear more about a certain track...

Which is just nonsense considering that Tom Mesereau has already explained they had testimonies lined up and ready to go if Wade wasn't willing. They'd have a better time trying to argue one of the jurors wanted to change his mind but felt "pressured". Worst case scenario there though is just a hung jury.

If it gonna be a hungjury doesnt that meant they need to do a re trial??
