“There were a lot of potential songs for BAD25 but we needed the ones that were completed in nature. If I said I worked on 60 songs titles, you must realise that does not mean 60 fully completed songs. Several were pretty much produced and completed in terms of a demo but there were many that were just song ideas; a groove, a melody. Michael was always looking for the best songs, so if a better idea came along, then the rest were simply put on the shelf. Nevertheless, "Tomboy' was one of those that I believe was quite close to being completed, but I am not 100% sure. It is a fantastic track and I have high hopes that it will be out in the world at some point!“

Where is this quote from? I’ve seen it posted a few times in the past but I’ve never been able to figure out exactly from where.

I added these to the tracker. He stated explicitly 2 separate times that he had done a 2010 version for Michael and a version for Xscape once that project was in development (neither of which were utilized obviously).

To make it easier, the HH "collection" includes nearly all of Barnes' songs. So, yes, "Buffalo Bill" is part of that. However, I don't think BB is anywhere near finished. I have two mixes, and both are horrible. The name makes it sound more interesting than it is.

As far as I know, NL is a working title for something else that hasn't been released yet. If that's true—and I don't have the song—then it's very unfinished. I could be wrong, though.

Listen to the instrumentation in "Spice of Life!" That's all I'll say. ;)

Im assuming both mixes are the ones with The Jacksons on vocals and the other being solo Michael?

I'm pretty sure the Peter Pan tracks are finished, well that's what evidence suggests. Neverland is done, Spielberg basically confirmed Make A Wish is vocally done, and Michael sang an excerpt of I'm Peter Pan in the 1983 unauthorized interview. Not 100% about Happy Song tho

Dude, there are like HUNDREDS, even THOUSANDS of Unreleased tracks lmao, he cant name them all lol
