My situation is that I constantly have a huge amount of undone tasks both at home and at work, just like you do right now. One way that helps me stay sane is to make a list of things that are not done and categorize them according to the traffic light model. Red ones are urgent, yellow ones are done next and green ones can still wait. This way, the huge amount of work is broken downn into smaller parts and prioritized, and it is easier to move forward. And remember to breathe
