Japan is a huge market, I doubt they will sell the movie before Japan have had their debut week at least. It also going to be pirated instantly so anyone can watch it for free immediately!

The digital release costs like 25 dollars when it comes. It won't be on some streaming service like Netflix.
Considering it's the same production company as the Queen movie, which was on Amazon Prime pretty quick for free, I wouldn't count on that.
I would say the quality is good enough for eating into sales. But yeah. As soon as an official stream is available it will eat most definitely into sales.
