Would having a YouTube 24/7 Livestream of the Neverland Ranch be a good idea?

So on Youtube, there are 24/7 livestreams of cities around the world - they are free to watch at any time. Some livestreams are of specific landmarks, not only cities.

I just thought… depending on who now owns Neverland… a YouTube 24/7 livestream be put up of the Ranch, and show different parts of the Ranch, where people can watch any time of the day or night, from anywhere in the world?

It's a great idea! It would be wonderful to check in on Neverland once in a while and enjoy the tranquility for a little while. However, I believe that currently Ron Burkle's son and his family are living at the ranch. I suppose with it now being a private residence, this will not happen 😢

Slightly off topic: did anyone ever make a scale model of Neverland? I wished there was when I read the court transcripts and tried to visualise the rooms, but it would also be just cool and interesting for other purposes; there is enough reference material to create it in extreme detail I would think..

Mayb.
(I like this one syllable thing we had going)

Imagine if they brought back the classical music playing, and we could choose angles across the grounds... a live tranquil stream would be a revelation in how MJ may have experienced it. It could inspire many artists. This is all of course a substitute for actual pilgrimage. I'm also confident sometime in the near future it will be a popular location for VR experiences.

No to the stream as pointless.

Yes the the VR. I'm actually surprised a fan hasn't done this in VRML or KML already, assuming plans exist.

I want to do this at some point :) I've gathered a lot of reference images and videos already, but at this time I'm too busy with other life projects. Some people recreated it on Second Life and Minecraft, though they're not really accurate.

And yes, there were floorplans on Enola Lee's Neverland Ranch website (wish I could get HQ versions of those) and some newer ones from the booklet when it was being sold in 2020.

If the animals were all still there, that would make for a cool livestream. But now? No. And God knows the chat on it would get hijacked by trolls.

I would imagine Google Maps/Earth already has the main buildings to the nearest metre. If they're all just cuboids, it would just be a case of putting in the heights.

Did anybody do anything The Sims?

As much as I’d love it…..the answer is no, because it’s a private property.

Hmm, I never really knew much about Neverland before, so I just had a thorough look on Google Maps.

Seems about 30 miles from the coast. Looks to be a train line that's slightly over 1 mile long, that could be recreated in a train sim I would guess.

Is that a kart track I can see? It would have been good to create that in Gran Turismo 6 (before they removed the course creator, grrr)

I couldn't really tell where the boundary was or how many buildings there were. A dedicated Neverland map would definitely help. Did they ever create a leaflet for the amusement park?

Isn't this all common knowledge..?

Ok, I've just added a zoomable map to the Wikipedia article... I might work on it some more in the coming days.

I guess it probably was. I just never took an interest in this before, so I never looked any of it up.

This is OT but there’s a YouTube video of someone building Neverland Ranch on The Sims 3:
