For a biopic, and the fact that the title is his first name, it doesn't really make sense to do this though. Dune was also originally called Dune: Part One, but it was removed and not shown on any posters, marketing etc. due to uncertainty by the studio, but the complete title "Dune: Part One" is still shown on-screen in the movie.

I don't think you would ever have a title like any of those you wrote. I would call it The Price Of Fame and include the song as a leitmotiv, release it as a single and have a creative video made to accompany it, mainly showing how crazed the whole world was about him during his life, maybe using similar techniques as LMA but with images from his whole live.
