"Baby Be Mine" is an awesome song

Loll pove this song. It really matched the ehole vibe of thriller, like the kinda “funny” cool and charming vibe. And the same with the girl is mine (SP UNDERRATED TOOO!)✨

I wanted Lady In My Life to be a single for Thriller 40. Just to break the whole "seven top ten singles" thing.
 
I kinda go back and forth on it. Good song, but great? It's a watered down "Rock with You" no matter how you look at it. But it's a cool 80s update to it.
 
Great song, one of my favourites lately. Maybe because I didn't play it as much in the Thriller era.
 
Baby Be Mine is, in a way, the successor to RWY, which was a huge success. That's why I still don't understand why BBM wasn't released as a single.
 
I love it as well! It is in my top songs playlist on Spotify every year :D I really like the dynamic with the background vocals. I also love the drums. It has power, good vibes and Michael's lead vocal is so energizing. I think it's really underrated.
 
A fully produced Hot Street instead of BBM, directly following WBSS, would have been the perfect climax in terms of speed. BBM slows the pace somewhat after WBSS.
 
I love Baby Be Mine! It's actually in my top five songs from thriller. Maybe even top 4.
