Which albums in between his solo albums should've have been released?
My favourite would be an album in between Thriller and Bad with the following outtakes of these two albums:
Chicago 1945
Hot Street
Love Never Felt So Good
Dreams Away
Cheater
Streetwalker
Throwing Your Life Away
Do You Know Where Your Children Are

In between Blood on The Dance Floor and Invincible, ie MOSTLY the earlier Invincible Sessions. Though I feel if he finished an album post Invincible it probably would have contained a handful of these tracks

Hollywood Tonight
Blue Gangsta
Chicago (She Was Lovin Me)
A Place With No Name
Another Day
The Way You Love Me
Seeing Voices
In The Back
One More Chance
We’ve Had Enough
Xscape

I believe there was one planned between Invincible and This is it era, featuring a ton of other big pop stars and rappers as well. Michael passed in 2009 and all was cancelled i guess
I dont think there is any demo of the songs from the album, but i know that best of joy was from that era.

It would be my dream album:

01. Get Your Weight Off Of Me
02. We've Had Enough
03. Someone Put Your Hand Out
04. A Place With No Name (original version)
05. Fall Again
06. Do You Know Where Your Children Are (2010 Mix)
07. The Way You Love Me (TUC version)
08. Best Of Joy (if there is - original version)
09. Another Day (original version)
10. Much Too Soon (original version)
11. Seeing Voices
12. For All Time
13. Xscape (original version)

And it would be one of my favorites from his discography.

An album between Bad and Dangerous would've been great.

Serious Effect
Slave To The Rhythm
If You Don't Love Me
Abortion Papers
Cheater
Streetwalker
Throwing Your Life Away
Do You Know Where Your Children Are
Price of Fame

You can have that album just make it in your playlist. Minus Another Day og version.

Yeah. And I guess Victory came between Thriller and Bad.

Lookin' Through the Windows
Ben
Skywriter
Music & Me
G.I.T.: Get It Together
Dancing Machine
Forever, Michael
Moving Violation
The Jacksons
Goin' Places
Destiny
Off the Wall
Triumph
Thriller
Victory
Bad
