Victory, I hope so... There is no way he will get on that stand and say he had no idea that constant monitoring wasn't necessary for propofol. If he says that the medical community will be absolutely appalled.

I don't believe he will get on the stand period because he knows he messed up and killed MJ. No he will hide behind his dirty lawyers and let them drag Michael's name through the mud.
 
is there a way the trail is going to start? i mean like a agenda? Or is only the start date known

Sounds like a fishing expedition. There was nothing cited in the autopsy that would have lead to Michael's death other than what he was given that night/morning.

I don't give a crap if the tapes show he fell, he forgot song lyrics, he couldn't dance, etc. None of it matters. It is only about what actually lead to his death. And I will take the coroner's findings over someone watching videotapes of rehearsals.

At some point for Michael, the facts will have to count and not the rumors and innuendos.

This is so sickening. He should be here living his life.
